The Sea­way Chorale & Orches­tra is proud to present, “Amer­i­can Tapes­try” and guar­an­tees a most won­der­ful jour­ney through nos­tal­gia Amer­ica!  Per­form­ing dis­tinctly “Amer­i­can” songs like “Bat­tle Hymn of the Repub­lic,” “ Amer­i­can Heros,” and hear­ing the Orches­tra play “Stars and Stripes For­ever,” will have your heart thump­ing in pride of our great coun­try!  Other songs also asso­ci­ated as dis­tinctly “Amer­i­can,” will be onstage like, “ Ain’t Mis­be­havin’,”  “I Got Rhythm,” “What a Won­der­ful World,” and “Embrace­able You.” A few songs from our not-too-distant past like, “The Longest Time,”  “Under the Board­walk,’ and a “Beach Boys Med­ley” will also be included as a nod to our Amer­i­can her­itage of songs.  So come on and tap your toes, snap your fin­gers, and enjoy the won­der­ful sounds of truly “Amer­i­can” songs!
